Update eAlert

The Wyomissing Area School District will contact parents via email, text or voice call to communicate school emergencies - including school closures due to inclement weather. Parents are asked to regularly update their cell phone numbers and email settings to assure they will get the information. Here's a step-by-step guide to reviewing or changing your information.

How to Update Parent/Guardian contact information for e-Alerts.

1. Login to eSchool Home Access Center, icon located on the district website.

2. Click on the Registration icon in the toolbar.


3. Scroll down to the Contacts section.  Click on the Edit button on the right side of the page.


4. You will be taken to the Update Select Contact Information screen.

a. For WREC/JSHS students please do NOT change any information on the first section – this is the student’s email which is used for a variety of different systems including Schoology.

b. Instead, scroll down to the Guardian section that includes the Guardian name you wish to update.  You can update email, e-Alert phone number, home phone number, mobile phone number, and work phone number.

5. Click Save on the upper right side of the page.

Please allow 24 hours for your changes to be uploaded into School Messenger.

If you have updated your mobile phone number, please be sure you Opt-In to receive text messages.
