Please sign up for an available date and time for 1:1 iPad pickup through this ParentSquare post (Grades 8 - 12). Please enter by the main entrance by the flagpole.  

• The user agreement form is attached to this post, and MUST be completed prior to pick-up. If you have more than one child in grades 8-12, you will need to complete the User Agreement form for each child. 
• The device protection plan is OPTIONAL. If you would like to opt-in, please complete electronic payment via ParentSquare by clicking the "Items for Purchase" button. Otherwise, you can still pay via check or cash when you pick up your device. Please view the attached document titled, "2526_Protection_Plan.pdf", for more information about device protection. 
• Please complete one sign-up per student - QTY 1 slot per student.  
• There are ten slots every 15 minutes. Please be on time and prepared on your day to pick up. 
• Due to summer cleaning, students are NOT permitted beyond the pickup area.
• Due to summer projects, pick-up dates and times are limited to the available slots. 
• Please do not expect to pick up without completing the signup process.
